RETURNS

 

We hope that you are very happy with what you ordered. If you are not then please get in touch.

 

We are unable to bear the costs for returns of unwanted items.

​

 

But if you do wish to return your print, you must return the order, in its original condition, within 30 days in order to get a refund.

 

Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

​

 

National and international orders may be returned using any method of your choice, but they are at your expense.

 

We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

​

 

In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or has a defect, please email a picture and description of the problem to alexeyrezvy@yahoo.com or maysuradzeevelina@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a reprint.

 

If your order is returned via a wrongly specified delivery address, or if you fail to collect your order from your local depot and it is returned to us, we will have to charge the shipping costs to return it to you.
