All fine art prints are made to order. Our print producer strives to dispatch orders within four working days.* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Note: Orders placed during sales events may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates:

- Standard Domestic Shipping (Russia): €10 (1-5 business days). Free shipping on orders over €100.

- Standard International Shipping: €30 (20-30 business days). Free shipping on orders over €300.

All items are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us.

Returns for unwanted items are at the buyer’s expense. If you wish to return a print, it must be sent back in its original condition within 28 days to qualify for a refund. Items returned in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.

National and international returns can be made using any shipping method of your choice, but they remain your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service.

In the rare event that your print arrives damaged or defective, please email a photo and description of the issue to alexeyrezvy@yahoo.com, and we will arrange a replacement.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect it from your local depot, the reshipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
