Shipping is available globally.

 

All fine art prints are made to order. The print producer aims to dispatch orders within 4 working days*.As soon as your order leaves the printer I will provide a tracking number.

 

*Note: Prints ordered during the sale may take longer to be produced.

• Standard Domestic shipping (Russia) (1-5 business days) - €10. Free shipping over €100

• Standard International shipping (20-30  business days or more) - €30​. Free shipping over €300

 

Insurance

All items are insured for their full value against damage or loss.

             

Return Policy

I hope that you are very happy with what you ordered. If you are not then please get in touch.

 

I am unable to bear the costs for returns of unwanted items. But if you do wish to return your print, you must return the order, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get a refund. Items that return in an unsellable condition will not be refunded. 

 

National and international orders may be returned using any method of your choice, but they are at your expense. I recommend using a trackable and insured service. 

 

In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or has a defect, please email a picture and description of the problem to alexeyrezvy@yahoo.com and i’ll arrange a reprint.

 

If your order is returned via a wrongly specified delivery address, or if you fail to collect your order from your local depot and it is returned to me, I will have to charge the shipping costs to return it to you.
